Over ten years ago I wandered into a chocolate shop in Kinsale. The owner, Frank, had changed his career from running a ceramics studio to learning how to make chocolate. He even trained in France, reminding me of the movie Chocolat (the book is also excellent). Anyway, that day, I tasted his hot chocolate. I walked through the streets of Kinsale in a chocolatey bubble. When they started to create their own hot chocolate I knew I had to bring it to you. Each tin contains 200 grams of delicious chocolate buttons. Hands down, the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted. Also tested on my nieces and nephews. They agree.
