Curating a conscious cosiness with my new online store

The older I get the more that I realise that it is the simple things in life that make me truly happy. During the pandemic, I was forced to slow down, dig deep and retreat into a smaller world, as we all were. During this time, I kept a journal as I have done since about the age of 12! Reading through it recently I discovered that during this time, for the most, I was quite content with the slower pace of life. 

It led to a decision my husband and I made to sell our house and move back home to where I grew up. I'm now the fourth generation to live in a farmhouse in West Cork where my father grew up. The landscape I look at every morning remains relatively unchanged, and I feel lucky every time I lay my eyes on it. 

Living here I rediscovered fabulous local products at my local market from hot chocolate to herbal teas to cosy handmade gloves. Now, I've created a space to bring those artisan products to you. I'm not just giving you things though...I want to help you create time to enjoy those things, whether that's an apartment in a city or in a busy household where it's hard to get five minutes alone. 

This online shop is all about the presence, not just the presents! It's about taking a moment, to be calm, to enjoy time alone or with people, to slow down and savour life, not to be smudged down by it.
